The Journey of Iron Oak Construction

In 1994, David Garand, set out to create a general contracting company rooted in passion, craftsmanship, and integrity. ​Over the next two decades, his former company, Garand Enterprises established itself as a trusted name in the construction industry, delivering high-quality projects that exceeded expectations. 

​In 2015, David Garand joined a local general contracting company, bringing his wealth of experience and values to a new environment. ​However, this chapter contrasted the principles that had defined his earlier success. David decided to return to his roots and start afresh with a company that embodied honesty integrity and quality craftsmanship.
